During sale periods or times of high demand, this timeframe may extend to 2 business days, though delays are rare.

We ship via Australia Post, offering both Standard and Express shipping options for domestic and international orders.
Domestic (Australia):

International:
Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times and parcel handling are the responsibility of Australia Post or the international carrier.

For lost parcels, please contact us and we will assist by liaising with Australia Post to investigate. While we cannot be held liable for carrier delays or losses beyond our control, we are committed to supporting you in resolving any issues.
