During sale periods or times of high demand, this timeframe may extend to 2 business days, though delays are rare.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via Australia Post, offering both Standard and Express shipping options for domestic and international orders.

Domestic (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

International:

• Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the postal carrier.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times and parcel handling are the responsibility of Australia Post or the international carrier.
