About the event
It is at night that the village truly comes to life.
Stories and meals are shared around fires, lanterns, and candles, and patrons are invited as special guests into the homes and lives of the villagers, for a deeper insight into the African way of life.
This is offered in a much more comfortable and intimate setting, and guests are treated to tastings of various African dishes throughout the night. You will leave feeling like you have truly visited Africa and spent a night in an African village.
At night, our village is experienced through interactive cultural stations. There are more than 10 stations, and each focuses on a different aspect of an African culture / tradition. East station hosts different workshops, offering patrons and guests a deeper insight into the African way of life — from drumming along to your instructor's beat and learning to prepare an African meal, to hanging onto an elder's every word as stories are shared around a campfire.

Save $25! Each adult ticket holder is entitled to bring up to 2 children 12 years and under for free ($50 for each additional child).
